About Us

The Complete First Season are a sketch and musical comedy group based in Brisbane, Australia. The group writes, produces and performs original live sketch shows and musical performances. They also produce original short films and video for the internet.

The members have been writing and performing comedy together for six years, serving as producers, directors and performers of the acclaimed UQ Law Revue – an underground university comedy revue. The show would perform to sell out crowds of over a thousand in the Schonell Theatre every year.

Since forming together under the banner of The Complete First Season in 2008, the group has produced two sell-out seasons of original material at the Metro Arts Studio Theatre, as well as well-received live musical comedy performances at the X&Y Bar and the Brisbane Twestival.
